The firm

Sound legal footing for condominium communities

Commune Asesores, S.C., is a Cancún-based firm providing legal consulting and legal management services in condominium law. We work with condominium administrators and oversight committees (the owner-elected body that, under Mexican law, supervises the administration) throughout Cancún and the Riviera Maya on the matters that determine how a property is run: its legal status, its condominium bylaws, and its owners’ meetings.

Every condominium has its own documentary history. That is why each engagement begins with a review of its records, on the basis of which we propose a course of action the administration can actually carry out.
